Cooking Pasta is the largest Food Fair in Italy for exhibit and taste Pasta products, within the unique event "Fuori Casa" SAPORE TASTING EXPERIENCE, which will take place at the Rimini Trade Fair Centre from 25th to 28th February 2012. Copaim will be waiting for you at Pavilion C3-Stand n°150 for 4 business days, where you will have the opportunity to taste our fresh pasta lines, made with 7 free range eggs per each kilo of Tuscan wheat durum, with no addition of water or artificial colorings, for a thin and smooth dough that enhances the filling softness and it guarantees the maximum cooking performance.
